As the name suggests, this distilled non-alcoholic tequila alternative is amber in colour and made with roasted Blue Agave piñas from the highlands of Los Altos in Jalisco.
Unlike tequila, to make Almave Ámba, the crushed piñas are distilled without first being fermented.
