Review and Tasting

Sampled on 23/04/2025

Appearance:

Clear and bright. Bronze amber with gold glints.

Aroma:

Pungent walnuts and tobacco with booze soaked plump sultana and leather.

Taste:

Full-bodied and rounded. Sultana and some raisin with a cleansing grip, hints of dry walnut, dark chocolate and a touch of spice.

Aftertaste:

Long dry finish with lingering sultana, nutty tobacco leaf and spice.

Overall:

Rich and yet dry, this is a fabulously complex sherry with layers of flavour.
