A respected VSOP from Louis Royer, a cognac house founded in 1853 by Louis Royer, a cellar master and son of a local stonemason in the small town of Jarnac, France.
The house is still run by the Louis Royer family who make cognacs with wine from their own vineyards, double-distilled in their distillery using nine Charente copper pot stills, and aged in their traditional riverside cellars.
