Since 1873, the Friart family have brewed beers inspired by those of the former Abbaye St-Feuillien. This seasonally brewed Cuvée de Noël is powerful in both flavour and alcohol content.

Appearance:

Slightly cloudy, very dark brown with a moderate beige head.

Aroma:

Toffee, raisins, prunes and fig pudding fruit with whiff of alcohol and heavily roasted coffee beans.

Taste:

Alcohol provides the backbone to a huge, roasted barley, fruity palate with prunes, slightly burnt raisons, burnt toffee and cacao. Delicate cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Aftertaste:

Slightly burnt raisons, prunes and bitter mocha coffee with lingering hop bitterness and cinnamon spice.
