Review and Tasting

Sampled on 22/12/2011

Appearance:

Clear, red-amber with minimal beige head.

Aroma:

There’s a whiff of alcohol to the malty, caramel, roasted nuts nose with faint grapefruit zest.

Taste:

Heavily roasted malty, nutty palate with bitter hoppy spice. Bitterness grows on the palate to become quite unpleasant.

Aftertaste:

Dry, very bitter, over-roasted nuts finish.
