Appearance:

(2011 vintage, bbd 07-Dec-13) Cloudy, sandy golden yellow with a lasting thick white head but minimal lacing.

Aroma:

Lemon sherbet, caramel and crusty white baguette bread and tart gooseberries.

Taste:

Great malt and hop balance with zesty lemon, resinous pine with a greenness and faint strawberry fruit.

Aftertaste:

Lingering malty pine.
