Corsendonk have brewed this Belgian Abbey Triple using 93% barley and 7% wheat with Styrian Goldings, Hallertau Herzbrucker and Kent Challenger hops.

Sampled on 24/08/2012

Appearance:

Cloud, pale sandy yellow with huge lasting head with heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Bready earthy green apple and crisp pear with coriander and lemon zest.

Taste:

Malty and yeasty with pear, tart cooking apple and peach, hop spice and good peppery alcohol bite off setting slight sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Malty, yeasty, overripe banana, clove and citrus.
