Gordon Christmas brew is a high fermentation Scotch ale. It’s made by John Martin at their Timmermans brewery in Itterbeek, Belgium where the British brewer settled in 1909. Some say it’s the original Christmas ale as the brew sparked something of a trend when it was first produced in the 1930s.
