Brewed by Sambook’s Brewery in Battersea to celebrate ten years (2003-13) of the Renaissance Pub company. Fittingly Sambook’s lies in South London and all the Renaissance Pubs also lie south of the capital.

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/05/2013

Appearance:

(sample best before 30-Oct-13) Cloudy, deep brown coppery amber with thin off white head and virtually no lacing.

Aroma:

Pungent floral hops with ripe raspberries and freshly baked bread.

Taste:

Fabulously floral bitter hops lead a pleasingly fruity, malty palate.

Aftertaste:

Malty finish with lingering bitter hops.
