This black IPA is brewed with Maris Otter, Crystal and Carafa malts with Citra hops in London’s Bermondsey. Bottle conditioned so expect some sediment. IBU: 75, OG 1.070

Appearance:

Clear, deep black with retentive thick tan head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Charred toast, chocolate, coffee and tar with faint grapefruit zest.

Taste:

Chocolate, earthy liquorice and roasted coffee with faint Terry’s chocolate orange-like flavours.

Aftertaste:

Burnt toast, liquorice and faint chocolate orange.
