Appearance:

Hazy, deep coppery amber (SRM: 12) with thick retentive off-white head and spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Ripe pineapple and resinous pine with zesty orange and grapefruit.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied. Ripe tropical fruit, pineapple, bitter resinous pine and grapefruit zest.

Aftertaste:

Lingering bitter pine with nutty bready malts.

Overall:

Ripe tropical fruit – particularly pineapple balances resinous pine and zesty citrus hops over nutty bready malts.
