Appearance:

(sample bottled: 07/Mar/17, best before 07/Jul/17) Hazy, pale ‘sandy’ amber with a thick retentive white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Pine, tropical fruit, zesty grapefruit and lime chews.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Hoppy and moderately bitter with tropical and citrusy fruit.

Aftertaste:

Lingering zesty citrus hop bitterness.

Overall:

This pale ale has a tropical and citrusy fruit hop bitterness approaching that of a West Coast IPA.
