Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with thick retentive off-white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Ripe pineapple, mango, honeydew melon and zesty orange with resinous pine forest, pungent floral notes and light biscuit.

Taste:

Light to medium-bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Pronounced but elegant pine, zesty citrus and cut grass with strong floral notes.

Aftertaste:

Lingering zesty citrus and piney hops with light bitterness.

Overall:

Well-balanced and easy drinking, this south London pale ale has attractive tropical and citrus fruitiness with moderate pine and cut grass bitterness.
