Appearance:

(sample bottle best before Dec/16) Clear, golden amber with light carbonation.

Aroma:

Aromatic stewed apple and red apple.

Taste:

Dry earthy apple with a crisp bite.

Aftertaste:

Dry finish with lingering apple flavour.

Overall:

Dry and earthy with good crisp apple character.
