A modern recreation of a 1850s Scottish coastal ale. Originally the barley was grown in fields fertilised by seaweed but Williams Bros have simply added Bladder Rack seaweed to the mash tun. Made with British Pale Ale Malt, Crystal Malt, Roasted Barley and Chocolate Malt, and First Gold hops.
