Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/03/2014

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber with thin white head.

Aroma:

Honeycomb with bready, yeasty notes and pine forest hops.

Taste:

Honey notes are well integrated with biscuity beer flavours. Light-bodied with a crisp bite – the honey has contributes flavour but little discernible sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Pilsner lager-like finish with the merest hint of honey.
