Review and Tasting

Sampled on 24/09/2012

Appearance:

(best before 17-Jan-14) Clear, golden yellow with retentive one finger white head.

Aroma:

As if the glass has been lightly absinthe washed there’s a delicate anise and caraway seed aroma with lightly baked soft white baguette.

Taste:

Light clean pilsner with interest delicately provided by thyme and caraway seed flavours.

Aftertaste:

Short finish but with lingering fennel freshness.
