Brewed with Vienna-style crystal malts, the brewers describe their Bohemian Pisner as being “a crisp Eastern European style lager with thick hop bitterness and smooth malty character”, which they say is “great with spicy foods such as Thai curries, and washed rind cheeses.”

Appearance:

(sample best before 10/Jan/15) Clear, golden amber with thin but retentive white head leaving light lacing.

Aroma:

Crusty white baguette malty notes, straw and light grassy hops.

Taste:

Sweet malt with faint notes of tinned sweetcorn and dried grass hops.

Aftertaste:

Dry, baguette crust finish.
