Review and Tasting

Sampled on 20/04/2017

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 15/May/17) Clear, golden amber with retentive thick white head and spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Floral crusty white bread with grassy hops and some citrus.

Taste:

Light to medium bodied with strong carbonation. Earthy pine and citrus bitterness over good white bread maltiness.

Aftertaste:

Crisp, citrus influenced finish with more white bread malt and lingering grassy hop bitterness.

Overall:

Septem provides a not half bad way to start your week with this citrussy Greek pilsner.
