Wildebeest is an imperial espresso chocolate vanilla stout brewed with pale and dark malts, Valrhona cocoa nibs, freshly roasted Columbian coffee and 500 vanilla pods in every batch. The beer is aged in an cask formerly used to age Highland Park single malt whisky.

Almost opaque, very dark brown/black with thin tan head.
Dark chocolate and mocha coffee with vanilla fudge and whiffs of coal dust.
Spiritus and vinous with syrupy sweetness balanced by bitter tannins and coal dust-like dryness with flavoursome chocolate brownie, mocha coffee and vanilla fudge.
Coffee, dark bitter chocolate and coal tar.
