Appearance:

(sample 11/Dec/13, best before 11/Dec/14, batch No.1) Opaque, ebony with retentive thick beige head leaving heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Coal dust, liquorice and mocha coffee.

Taste:

Pine hops, liquorice and chocolate cake malt, milky - almost creamy.

Aftertaste:

Bitter pine and chocolate finish.
