This citrusy liqueur is flavoured with lemon concentrate and a lemon peel distillate. It is balanced with 280 grams of sugar per litre. Try two parts London dry gin to one part liqueur, stirred with ice and served either straight-up or on-the-rocks.

Appearance:
Clear, pale vivid lime green.
Aroma:
Lemon zest, cooked lemon juice, lime peel and grapefruit zest.
Taste:
Lightly syrupy cooked lime and lemon juice with lime and lemon peel oils.
Aftertaste:
More lime than lemon.
