An Irish cream liqueur made using fresh cream delivered to factory within two hours of milking. This is fortified with Irish malt whiskey which has been 'softened' by charcoal filtration and flavoured with Belgian white chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and West African cocoa from the Cote d'Ivoire.

Appearance:
Opaque off white/very light tan colour.
Aroma:
Chocolate and vanilla nose with a rye/husk biscuit-like aroma.
Taste:
Thick creamy palate with flavours of white chocolate, vanilla, pecan nougat and a hint of underlying malty whisky.
Aftertaste:
Nutty, chocolate finish with lingering dairy flavour.
