Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/06/2014

Appearance:

Clear, deep tawny brown. Ring of tan foam rather than retentive head.

Aroma:

Reminiscent of a cross between old-fashioned antiseptic and Vic’s decongestant with notes of clove and vanilla.

Taste:

Syrupy sweet. Sarsaparilla, clove and liquorice with vanilla and buttery toffee.

Aftertaste:

Sweetness disappears to leave lingering sarsaparilla, clove and liquorice
