(sample bottle BBE May/18) Hazy, pale grey yellow with plentiful rising bubbles.
Aroma:
Pungent, lemon zest and quinine.
Taste:
Clean with underlying sweetness balanced by bitter quinine and lemony acidity.
Aftertaste:
Lingering zesty lemon and quinine dryness.
Overall:
This bitter lemon style tonic water has a refreshing lemon and quinine bite to it.
