Launched in 2000, La Fée was the first traditional absinthe to be commercially produced in France since the 1914-15 ban. This improved ‘Supérieure’ version (released July 2013) is made using natural ingredients so comes in a green painted bottle to protect the delicate contents from UV light damage

Clear pale green, louches when water is added.
Fennel, coriander and slight liquorice with aniseed. With water: subtle anise sits above notes of fennel and coriander. Clean and fresh.
With water: Fresh and rounded with anise backed by angelica, coriander, fennel, liquorice and mint.
Long, well rounded finish.
This ‘Supérieure’ version launched in 2013 is more delicate and complex with far more subtle aniseed and rooty notes than the original La Fée Parisienne.
La Fée Absinthe Parisienne, the brand original, is a clasic spirit based on an authentic 19th century recipe, distilled in conjunction with the French Absinthe Museum (Auvers-sur-Oise) with Grand Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and other traditional herbs and spices.
Each 70cl & 75cl bottle comes with a complimentary Sheffield stainless steel La Fée Absinthe spoon.
Traditional French Absinthe Serve
Pour slowly 4 to 6 parts iced water to one part absinthe, over sugar on a La Fée Absinthe spoon - stir and enjoy.
Parisienne is ideal for traditional and modern cocktails.
