Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/05/2014

Appearance:

Clear, vibrant verdant green. Louches (clouds) with water.

Aroma:

Fresh fennel and aniseed with fresh cut grassy notes.

Taste:

Combative bitterness with powerful aniseed. Fennel emerges with water but the palate still lacks subtly and nuance of flavour.

Aftertaste:

Aggressive aniseed and spice with lingering wormwood bitterness.
