Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Toffee, vanilla sponge cake, creamy fudge and crème brûlée with subtle spice and floral notes.

Taste:

Initial sweetness is neutralised by bitter burnt tannins. Rich buttery stewed fruit, prune and vanilla with light cinnamon spice and toasty oak garnish.

Aftertaste:

Slightly bitter, burnt caramel, burnt biscuit and cinnamon spice.
