Green/woody and slightly estery with notes of pear and linseed with gentle herbs and spice.
Think grape vodka with rustic character. Earthy pear spirit with esters, attractive grape flavours and drying acidity. Fiery spirit notes are balanced by slight oily mouthfeel.
Esters continue in the cracked black pepper spirity finish.
