Review and Tasting

Sampled on 17/01/2016

Appearance:

Clear, transparent.

Aroma:

Fragrant, cherry jam with faint almond like cherry stone.

Taste:

Cherry spirit with jam flavours somewhat reminiscent of donut filling. Faintly oily mouthfeel with light black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Delicate cherry jam and lingering black pepper spice. Very faint doughy brown bread.

Overall:

A clean, well-made eau-de-vie with cherry flavours from the fruit along with faint almond like cherry stone notes.
