Launched in June 2014, Dorchester Old Tom gin is especially made for the Dorchester Hotel in 220 litre batches by the City of London Distillery. It is flavoured with botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, cardamom, fresh lemon and orange peel.

The recreation of this old and until recently forgotten style of gin was driven by The Dorchester's legendary bar manager, Giuliano Morandin and he worked with the City of London Distillery to perfect the recipe.
