Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/07/2014

Appearance:

(sample batch 1307) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Parma violet and clean hamster cage (suggests generous orris root) with eucalyptus, fresh coriander leaves, citrus zest and faint white pepper. Water reveals herbal pine and even more fresh coriander.

Taste:

Wonderfully floral parma violet with forceful peppery alcoholic bite and zesty orange. Like the nose, water reveals more fresh coriander with naan bread and earthy orris root. Peppery juniper is evident but subdued compared to orris root notes.

Aftertaste:

Liquorice, parma violet, orange zest and earthy black pepper spice. Bold and modern in style with plentiful orris root and coriander.
