This most unusual gin is made by macerating and separately distilling botanicals including: juniper, coriander, bitter orange, ginger, quinces, and chestnuts which have been cold-smoked for 40 hours. The distillates produced are then blended and smoked stone salt from the Swiss Alps added.
This is made by smoking salt crystals spread over larch tree boards adds a delicate saltiness.

Light smoked kippers, cucumber, cabbage, cashew nuts, pine and white pepper.
Salty and lightly smoky with barbeque sauce notes, vanilla, cucumber, coriander and white pepper.
Lightly salty and smoky with black pepper spice.
As the named suggests this distinctive Swiss gin is indeed lightly smoky and salty with vegetal and faint barbeque sauce notes.
