Appearance:
Slight haze, bright bronze.
Aroma:
Honey coated warmed pecan nuts, pancakes and maple syrup, rum fudge, baked Alaska pudding and desiccated coconut.
Taste:
Medium-bodied with wood varnish, dried coconut, fudge, mocha coffee, honey and maple syrup, balanced by a sherried oaky garnish.
Aftertaste:
Finishes bitter chocolate, honey, zesty orange marmalade, vanilla and coffee beans.
