Avuá Amburana Cachaça is made at a family owned distillery established in 1923 in a small town in a valley four hours north of Rio de Janeiro. Clear, very pale yellow
Overripe banana and banana chips with creamy vanilla, passion fruit and faint nutmeg.
Slightly honeyed but with drying spice – cinnamon, nutmeg and cracked black pepper. Sweet overripe banana and dried apricot fruitiness with faint basil notes. The oak influence is profound and yet strangely subtle.
Dry spicy finish with lingering dry oak and tropical fruit.
