Seville orange peel is steam heated in a pressurised 'marmaladiser' – well at least that's what Chase call it. This piece of kit from the perfume industry ensures the vodka has a genuine marmalade flavour.
The 'marmalade peel' is then steeped in Chase's potato vodka for 48 hours and then redistilled in Chase's 450-litre Carl copper pot still with the vapours passed through a botanical chamber containing aged dried Seville orange peel.
Originally "Chase Aged Marmalade Vodka", this was the second flavour to be released in the Chase vodka range, originally as a limited edition.
Sample not received so no tasting notes available.
