Appearance:

(No. 001907) Crystal clear. Spotting left glass when swirled.

Aroma:

Clean mineral with faint grain and pronounced peppery spirit.

Taste:

Soft, slightly oily mouth feel with faint sweetness masking underlying black pepper spirit. (Additives suspected.)

Aftertaste:

Charcoal and spicy black pepper.
