55 Vodka is made from British Maris Piper potatoes sourced from Cambridgeshire, England using a 200 litre copper alembic still. Although labelled under the ‘55 Vodka’ brand, being only 35% alc./vol. this coconut flavoured spirit cannot officially be considered a vodka in the EU where ‘vodka’ must

be a minimum of 37.5% alc./vol..

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Toasted desiccated coconut, vanilla and pastry with very faint pineapple fruit-like esters.

Taste:

Aggressive with bitter chemical-like notes and peppery spice.

Aftertaste:

Reminiscent of desiccated coconut and swimming pool.
