Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Dry hay, caramel, toffee, vanilla and peppery spice. Faint tropical fruit aroma reminicent of a plastic food box.

Taste:

Aftertaste:

Oaky, burnt raison with faint citrus peel.

Overall:

Dry, caramel and spice. A great cocktail grain whisky. Also surprisingly good when served long with soda.
