Maturated in American oak ex-bourbon casks before finishing for three years in European oak oloroso sherry butts from Gonzalez Byass. This 30 year old Jura is named after the 12 foot tall Standing Stone, or ‘Camas an Staca’ in Gaelic, the largest of Jura’s eight standing stones.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber with polished bronze highlights.

Aroma:

Sandalwood, copper coin, charcoal and burnt raisons with dark chocolate, coffee beans, lime zest and vanilla custard.

Taste:

Biscuit and spice with chamois leather, custard, toasted coconut, and dark chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla custard, dry oak and dark chocolate with nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
