This Rock Town bourbon is so named due to being distilled in Arkansas from Arkansas corn and wheat. It is aged in small new charred oak barrels that are also coopered in Arkansas by Gibbs Brothers Cooperage.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber.

Aroma:

Toasty oak, breakfast cereal, brown sugar and pencil shavings with nutmeg and cinnamon spice. Water amplifies oak with faint smoky bacon.

Taste:

More toasty oak, pencil shavings, raisins and sultanas with cinnamon spice and faint smokiness. Water amplifies dry oak exposing salty notes.

Aftertaste:

Tannic newly sawn oak, nutty, salt and cinnamon. Full-on and brash.
