Review and Tasting


Sampled on 15/09/2014

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber.

Aroma:

Roasted almond, toasty oak, cinnamon and caramel shortcake. Water turns more biscuity with butterscotch but toasty oak still dominates.

Taste:

Full-bodied, dry and tannic new oak with barley biscuit and cinnamon spice. Water changes palate little.

Aftertaste:

Dry oak tannins and nuts with cinnamon spice.
