Released October 2013 by independent bottlers Tweeddale and bottled without caramel colouring of chill filtration from a single cask that had previously contained an Islay malt.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Light cinnamon and nutmeg, lemon barley water, apple and shortbread with dried grass, floral scents and faint smoke. A splash of water opens and amplifies lemon barley water.

Taste:

Powdery dry and toasty oak with faint sweet honeyed notes and candied ginger. With water, vanilla, barley and oak.

Aftertaste:

Long, lingering barley with light cinnamon spice.
