Named after Uisce Beatha (pronounced ‘Ish-ka-ba-ha), Gaelic for water of life, this blended Irish whiskey is aged of at least four years in ex-bourbon American oak casks.

Clear, pale golden amber.
Honey, vanilla custard, cinnamon, toasty biscuit/macaroon and white chocolate.
Vanilla fudge, caramel shortcake, toasted brown bread with faint BBQ charcoal and cinnamon spice.
Vanilla, cinnamon and white pepper spice. Overall: vanilla-ed and easy-going with a peppery finish.
