Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Fresh lemon zestiness, putty-like toffee/vanilla fudge, buttery almond and icing sugar.

Taste:

Icing sugar dusted lemon zest, vanilla fudge with white pepper spice - Lemon Cheesecake is an appropriate name.

Aftertaste:

Creamy lemon zest and black pepper spice.
