Made from 90% Palomino & 10% Pedro Ximenez. Part of Harveys “super premium” range of sherries with certified age: Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum (V.O.R.S.) certificate from Consejo Regulador Jerez for sherries over 30 years old, in the case of Harveys, matured in soleras founded more than 100 years ago

• Glycerol 11 g/l

Appearance:

Clear, deep tawny with burgundy glints.

Aroma:

Fig, prunes, honey, grilled almond, sultanas and dried cranberries.

Taste:

Medium dry. Raisins, dried fruit and white grapes, slight honeyed sweetness is balanced by astringent acidity with slight saltiness.

Aftertaste:

Raisins, sultanas with lingering vinous acidity.
