Made by blending the partially fermented juice of Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Sauvignon grapes with one-third Domaine Chiroulet Armagnac. The blend is then matured for 18 months prior to bottling.

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

White grape, delicate ripe passion fruit, meringue and faint apricot.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, acacia honey and white grape with apricot and passion fruit.

Aftertaste:

Lingering honey balanced by cleansing fruit acidity.
