Alain Lalanne makes white Floc de Gascogne from Gros Manseng and Ugni Blanc grapes grown on the sandy slopes of his vineyards in the Midi-Pyrenees. He fortifies the Floc using distillate from the previous year and then ages it for 10 months in his own cellars prior to bottling.
