So named due to literally being a ‘Champagne of Women’, Feme de Champagne is the creation of Carol Duval-Leroy, the President of the house, and her Head Winemaker, Sanrine Logette-Jardin. A blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir with 6 grams per litre dosage.

From select vineyards: Chardonnay Grand Crus of Mont-Aigu from Chouilly, Chapelle of Avize, Terre de Noël from Oger, and Chertillon and Aillerand from Mesnil sur Oger, and Chetillon and Aillerand from Mesnil sur Oger. 25% of the chardonnay was vinified separately in oak casks. To quote Duval-Leroy, “a touch of Pinot Noir imparts roundness and character.”
