Zdenek Kastanek is bar manager at Quo Vadis in Soho, having recently taken over from Paul Mant, and responsible for overseeing the site's QV public bar as well as its first floor members-only bar. Here's a reminder of summer with one of the bar's refreshing long cocktails.
Garnish: Lemon zest (discard), mint sprig and lemon wedge
Method: Swizzle in a highball glass over crushed ice, top with crushed ice.
20ml Manzanilla sherry
15ml Triple sec
4 Dashes Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Fresh lemon juice
